As of May 4th, 2015, any item that is damaged will have a new undamaged item sent for free of charge(including shipping). Falsified claims may be brought to a conclusion of being banned from site.

Fill out the Contact Us page to request a return/damage report. Item may take up to 1-2 weeks process before shipment to requested address.
